Minimal meetings
I keep meetings few, and each one needs a reason: something is blocked, a decision needs making, or tone matters more than the words. Everything else can go in writing.
A single meeting reshapes my whole day: my health, my other commitments and my focus time all get planned around it. When there have to be a few, I’d rather have them back to back than spread across the day.
When you book one, add a line on what it’s about, so I can come prepared.
Outside working hours
Weekday evenings don’t work for me. Weekend afternoons usually do, and I’d rather agree a time on the day than book one days ahead.
