Donations being collected in Penang for Burmese cyclone victims
There will be a relief aid collection for Burmese Cyclone Nargis victims by monks and volunteers at the Burmese Temple in on Sunday 18 May 2008.
The Women’s Center for Change are also collecting clothes and other relief supplies, you may also leave your donations in goods there.
Donations of food, clothes, bottled water etc as well as money are welcome. Please take your donations to the Burmese Temple opposite the Thai Sleeping Buddha Temple, in Lorong Burma, Pulau Tikus, Penang. Relief supplies will be sent by ship to Myanmar.
